As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Renal Vascular Unit, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with kidney disease, vascular conditions, and those undergoing dialysis or other related treatments.

Job specification
* Provide direct patient care to individuals with renal and vascular conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
* Educate patients and their families about renal and vascular health, dialysis, treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications.
* Participate in patient rounds and interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure continuity of care.
* Adhere to infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and hospital policies.
Candidate requirements
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
* 2 years of experience in renal, vascular, or dialysis nursing.
* Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) or Vascular Access is preferred.
* BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
