Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects within the solar and renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction management, particularly in large-scale solar and renewable energy projects, and will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage solar and renewable energy construction projects from inception to completion.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project progress and resolve issues.
* Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these benchmarks.
* Conduct site visits to assess project status and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
* Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
* Manage project resources, including labor and materials, to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the renewable energy or construction industry.
* Proven experience managing large-scale solar or renewable energy projects.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes related to solar and wind energy.
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Familiarity with project management software and tools.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
