Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial, Healthcare, and K-12 construction, particularly in design-build projects, and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
* Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met
* Manage the bidding and contract negotiation processes
* Oversee project scheduling and resource allocation
* Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
* Handle change orders and manage project scope changes effectively
* Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders
* Prepare regular project status reports for management and clients
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
* Proficient in project management software, such as Procore
* Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices, including design-build and tilt-wall methods
* Experience managing healthcare, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and data center projects
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
* Familiarity with estimating, cost management, and subcontract management
