Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide evidence-based therapy and comprehensive client assessments. The goal of this role is to enhance the emotional, psychological, and vocational well-being of adult clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver evidence-based therapy (CBT, ACT, DBT-informed, EMDR, etc.) to adult clients.

* Conduct collaborative assessments to understand client goals across various domains.

* Perform diagnostic evaluations using interviews, screeners, and clinical judgment.

* Provide both short- and longer-term therapy within the scope of practice.

* Identify and manage psychological, emotional, and behavioral concerns.

* Participate in the onsite interdisciplinary clinical team for consultations and care coordination.

* Support crisis assessment, risk evaluation, and manage appropriate escalation pathways.

Qualifications

* Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.

* Active, independent NY license (LCSW).

* Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical experience.

* Strong background providing therapy to high-performing adults; corporate or financial settings experience preferred.

* Expertise in evidence-based treatment for behavioral health conditions.

* Skilled in risk assessment, suicide prevention, and crisis response.

* Ability to manage referrals and leverage community resources.

* Professional communication style suitable for high-stakes corporate environments.

Additional Requirements

* Comfortable working with professional individuals.

* 2 part-time openings with 8-hour shifts (7 hours direct client practice, 1 hour administrative).
