We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team in NYC pay starting at 230K. As a Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on real estate transactions and disputes.
Responsibilities:
* Review and draft real estate contracts and agreements
* Conduct title searches and ensure properties have clear titles
* Represent clients in real estate litigation cases
* Provide legal advice on zoning and land use issues
* Negotiate real estate deals and resolve disputes
Requirements:
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
* Active license to practice law in the state
* Proven experience as a Real Estate Attorney
* Strong knowledge of real estate law and regulations
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
