Housekeeping - Headquarters Office
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (assigned at time of offer)
Pay: $18-$25 per hour, based on experience

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our headquarters office. This role plays a vital part in supporting our daily operations by ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for employees, executives, clients, and guests. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service, professionalism, and the ability to always maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all interior areas, including:
* Executive offices and suites
* Common areas, hallways, and conference rooms
* Breakrooms, restrooms, and kitchen areas
* Reception and lobby areas
* Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces according to defined cleaning schedules
* Restock supplies (paper products, soap, cleaning materials, etc.) as needed
* Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the facility
* Report maintenance issues, repair needs, or supply shortages promptly
* Maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and storage areas in an organized and safe manner
* Ensure confidentiality when working in or around executive offices, sensitive documents, or private spaces
* Provide professional, courteous interactions with staff and visitors
* Assist with occasional special cleaning projects or event preparation as needed
Qualifications
* Prior housekeeping, custodial, or facilities experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality always
* Must hold a valid driver's license and have reliable, accessible transportation
* Ability to lift to 30lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
* Ability to work independently and efficiently within a structured schedule
