Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field required.
* PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification strongly preferred.
* Agile certifications (SAFe, PMI-ACP, etc.) are a plus.
Experience:
* 10+ years of progressive experience in project and program management, preferably within IT.
* 3+ years of experience leading or working in a Project Management Office (PMO).
* Proven experience coaching and mentoring project management professionals.
* Strong background in portfolio management, project governance, and enterprise reporting.
