R&D lab management and administrative support.
Responsibilities
Create PRs for CAPEX and OPEX in SAP as per approved quotation from Procurement team
Collaborate with different functions for requirements of R&D and follow-ups with vendor for timely material delivery
Goods receipt note and Service note release in SAP and invoice submission to payment team
Engage with finance team for budget and WBS creation for Capex
Coordinate courier management of international/ national shipments
Provide GMS Audit support and maintain records as per the standards
General Administration
Manage the General Administrative support to the R&D
Scheduling and maintaining calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries
Coordination & arrangements of team engagement activities
New internal orders entry in Timelog and training to new users.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science /Commerce with 5-8 years’ experience in R&D administrative support
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
