Handle escalated issues with patience and professionalism, seeking resolution that aligns with company policies.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Walmart products, services, and promotions.
Work collaboratively with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in customer service, retail, or related fields preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and a customer‑first attitude.
Familiarity with basic computer applications and point‑of‑sale systems.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
