About the Role We're looking for a
hands-on Maintenance Technician
to support operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical skills, welding experience, and the flexibility to support a facility that runs around the clock.

What You'll Be Doing
Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical systems and basic electrical components (up to 480V)
Support
stainless steel sanitation and sanitary welding
tasks
Monitor, adjust, and maintain equipment to ensure consistent production
Assist with fabrication, repair, and installation of machine components
Follow safety, cleanliness, and documentation standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years
of maintenance experience in a
food manufacturing environment
(dairy experience a plus)
Experience with
sanitary welding or stainless steel sanitation
preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude with basic electrical troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with
VFDs, pumps, and valves
is a plus
Willingness to work
overtime, weekends , and respond to urgent maintenance needs
Comfortable working in
wet, physically demanding environments
