We’re looking for a technical CRO architect who thrives in data, automation, and code—someone who can translate insight into deployed experiments without waiting on a dev queue.
Core Mission Engineer a scalable experimentation framework that turns traffic into transactions—across the site, booking engine, and post‑purchase experience. Own the systems, data layer, and automation that make conversion lift measurable, repeatable, and fast.
What You’ll Own Technical Infrastructure & Experimentation
Build and manage a testing framework (Optimizely, VWO, or server‑side)
Implement and QA event tracking in GA4, GTM, and HubSpot
Design data taxonomies and conversion pipelines
Launch a CRO dashboard (Looker Studio or BigQuery integrated with HubSpot)
Maintain data integrity across website, booking engine, CRM, and payment stack
Data Analysis & Modeling
Model funnel performance and drop‑offs
Apply A/B testing math, Bayesian or sequential methods
Use regression and variance reduction to isolate true lift
Integrate test results into attribution models and revenue tracking
Automation & Implementation
Deploy tests directly using HTML/CSS/JS or CMS platforms
Automate workflows like abandoned carts and referrals using HubSpot or custom webhooks
Use AI tools for QA, user‑session clustering, and hypothesis generation
UX & Optimization (30%)
Wireframe and prototype improved flows in Figma
Audit and improve mobile UX, Core Web Vitals, and form conversion
Execute visual tests to refine trust signals and offer presentation
Outcomes in First 90 Days
Stand up a clean, validated CRO data layer
Deploy 12–16 experiments with full documentation
Permanently ship at least 5 winning tests with measurable lift
Improve checkout completion rate and add‑on attach rate
Launch a live CRO dashboard with test velocity and revenue attribution
Skills & Experience You Bring
Optimizely, VWO, or server‑side experimentation tools
Automation via APIs, HubSpot workflows, or webhooks
Performance audits: Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, lazy loading
UX optimization via heatmaps, session replays, usability testing
Bonus: Python or R for advanced analytics
