Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Tall Timber Apartments - Cincinnati, OH
Scheduled Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, with an on-call rotation
Pay Rate: $25 - $26/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and incentives

If you're a hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent service, this role will put your skills to work every day. Your skills include:
* 1+ year of experience in multi-family residential maintenance
* HVAC experience required
* Experienced Turnover Technician - versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing
* Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds
* Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents
* Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough
* Basic computer and smartphone skills
* Must have basic hand tools, valid driver's license, reliable truck/van, and auto-insurance
* Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position
