Job Description
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support project delivery from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects
* Manage subcontractors and vendors
* Monitor project progress and prepare reports
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients

The Successful Applicant
You are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about construction project management.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, design, architecture, or engineering
* Experience overseeing at least one ground-up build
* Strong organizational and communication skills
