Job Description
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support project teams in planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling, subcontractor management, document control, and client communication. You will play a key role in overseeing at least one ground-up build and collaborate closely with senior leadership to deliver projects that positively impact the community. The Successful Applicant
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in construction, design, architecture, engineering, or related field.
* Project Background: Experience overseeing at least one ground-up build.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
* Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a collaborative mindset.
