Job Description
* Lead and manage cast-in-place concrete projects ranging from $10M to $100M+
* Coordinate with field teams, clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
* Oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and project execution
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control
* Provide mentorship and leadership to junior staff and field teams
* Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally

The Successful Applicant
* 5+ years of experience as a PM on vertical concrete projects (not horizontal)
* Background in multi-level cast-in-place buildings , data centers , or other large-scale commercial or industrial projects
* Strong understanding of structural concrete, tilt-up walls, slabs on grade/deck, and foundations
* Proven ability to manage complex schedules and budgets
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Comfortable working independently and making site/office decisions
