Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Hybrid Remote Constructure Project Coordinator to support one of our largest customers in Richmond, VA. This is strictly an administrative position leading cross-functional project teams in the planning and deployment of new and existing real estate sites. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a construction project coordination/management position management mid-large construction related projects
* Proficient in all Microsoft Office tools including MS Project
* Ability to develop detailed project plans and schedules to manage individual deadlines and goals.
Desired:
* Bachelor's degree in related field
* Experience with Procore - a cloud-based construction management software platform
Responsibilities:
* Manage project scope by assessing requirement changes, determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk.
* Manage client expectations, anticipate operational and tactical risks and track them. Clarify, identify, and track requirements and issues, remove barriers, resolve minor project issues and escalate to immediate manager where required.
* Utilizing all Microsoft Office applications including MS Project and Visio
