Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Hybrid Remote Constructure Project Coordinator to support one of our largest customers in Richmond, VA. This is strictly an administrative position leading cross‑functional project teams in the planning and deployment of new and existing real estate sites.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a construction project coordination/management position managing mid‑large construction related projects.

Proficient in all Microsoft Office tools including MS Project.

Ability to develop detailed project plans and schedules to manage individual deadlines and goals.

Desired

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Experience with Procore – a cloud‑based construction management software platform.

Responsibilities

Manage project scope by assessing requirement changes, determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk.

Manage client expectations, anticipate operational and tactical risks, track them, clarify, identify, and track requirements and issues, remove barriers, resolve minor project issues and elevate to immediate manager where required.

Utilize all Microsoft Office applications including MS Project and Visio.
