* Lead the Aviation Bordeaux Automation initiative, managing enhancements across ClaimCenter, Accounting, Finance, and downstream integrations.
* Oversee requirements gathering, solution design coordination, development tracking, UAT planning, and production deployment.
* Partner with cross-functional teams (Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Data, and IT) to ensure seamless automation and integration across impacted systems.
* Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and change controls relating to ClaimCenter workflows and financial system updates.
* Drive the Vendor Spend Tracking Automation project, focusing on streamlining non-legal vendor payment processes.
* Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and AP teams to map current-state processes, define future-state automation, and support system configuration.
* Establish and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource plans, RAID logs, and executive-level status reporting.
* Ensure strong documentation across use cases, functional requirements, process flows, and testing artifacts.
* Facilitate stakeholder workshops, governance meetings, sprint ceremonies (if Agile), and cross-team coordination.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial audit requirements, and data governance policies.
* Support user training, change management, and post-deployment stabilization.
