Job Description

* Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.

* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet objectives.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

* Prepare and present regular project progress reports to stakeholders.

* Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.

* Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.

* Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:
