Job Description
* Manage multiple multifamily renovation projects, including siding and roofing replacements
* Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
* Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally
* Utilize JobTread software for project management and reporting
* Collaborate with leadership to drive growth in the Raleigh market

A successful Project Manager should have:
