Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
* Full-cycle accounts payable including entering invoices, obtaining manager approval, and processing the check run
* Handle vendor setup and ongoing communication
* Review and process employee expense reports
* Prepare annual 1099 forms
Background Expected:
* Associate degree or experience equivalent (+2 years)
* 3+ years in an accounts payable role
* Proficiency with a major ERP and Microsoft Excel
