Registered Nurse (RN) Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Page Rehabilitation, a leading provider of rehabilitation and skilled nursing services in Fort Myers, Florida. As a Registered Nurse at Page Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of providing a comforting and supportive environment for our residents.
Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized care to residents, including assessments, treatments, and medications as ordered by physicians
* Develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each resident
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident condition, identify changes, and develop strategies for improvement
* Document patient care and progress accurately and thoroughly
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence
* Demonstrate a commitment to excellence, compassion, and respect for residents, families, and colleagues
Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
* Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
