Job Description
* Oversee LIHTC, Section 8, and affordable housing property management operations in Bronx & Harlem
* Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations, Section 8 requirements, and local housing laws
* Lead, mentor, and support on-site affordable housing property management teams
* Monitor property performance, budgets, and operational metrics
* Manage tenant relations within regulated affordable housing environments
* Collaborate with compliance, asset management, and operations teams
* Prepare reports on affordable housing portfolio performance for leadership
* Drive operational efficiency across multi-site property management portfolios

* Extensive experience in LIHTC, Section 8, or affordable housing property management
* Proven leadership experience managing multi-site property management teams
* Strong knowledge of affordable housing regulations and compliance
* Experience overseeing budgets and financial performance
* Excellent communication and tenant relations skills
* A proactive, solutions-oriented management style
