Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
The MEP Superintendent/Project Manager/Owner's Rep will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for affordable housing construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. This role is a crucial part of the Property industry and will be based in the Bronx.
Responsibilities
Lead ground up affordable housing and LIHTC preservation projects in NY
Coordinate and supervise all MEP activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines and budgets.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Review design documents and provide input to optimize efficiency and functionality.
Resolve technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems promptly and effectively.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and schedules.
Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations in the Bronx.
Train and mentor site staff to promote professional growth and knowledge sharing.

A strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects.
Proven experience managing MEP aspects of construction within the Property industry.
