Key Responsibilities
* Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
* Advising clients on estate planning strategies and options to minimize tax liabilities and protect assets.
* Conducting client meetings to understand their estate planning needs and goals.
* Researching legal issues related to estate planning, probate, tax law, and asset protection.
* Collaborating with other attorneys and professionals to provide holistic legal solutions for high net worth clients.
* Managing case files and ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
Qualifications
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
* Experience in estate planning is required; experience in probate and tax law
* Experience working with high-net-worth clients
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
