American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an outpatient Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) coordinator role requiring oncology experience and a DC RN license.
Job Details
- Outpatient BMT clinic setting,
- Coordinate care for malignant hematology diagnoses including lymphoma, leukemias, multiple myeloma, and post-transplant patients,
- Supports post stem cell transplant and CAR-T therapy,
- Day shift schedule: Monday-Friday, either five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days (schedule finalized after start),
- Shift hours typically between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM,
Job Requirements
- Active DC RN license required,
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required,
- Oncology nursing experience required,
- BMT experience preferred,
- Outpatient clinic experience preferred,
- OCN and BMTCN certifications preferred,
- Experience in hematology/oncology highly valued,
Additional Information
- Coordinate patient care and follow-up for transplant recipients,
- Facilitate clinic appointments, testing, and communication between teams,
- Teach patients and families about immunosuppression, follow-up care, infusions, and medications,
