* Administer medications, including IV fluids and pain relief, as per physician orders.
* Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring patients' needs are met during recovery.
* Educate patients and their families on post-surgical care, discharge instructions, and follow-up plans.
* Respond quickly to changes in patient conditions, utilizing critical thinking and timely interventions.
Candidate requirements
* 2-3 years of experience in a surgical, medical-surgical, or inpatient care setting
* BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required
* Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
