A nationally recognized trial-focused litigation firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Atlanta office. The team handles high-stakes matters across product liability, toxic torts, insurance defense, and complex commercial litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage case files from initial pleadings through trial prep
* Conduct depositions, draft motions, and prepare discovery responses
* Support trial teams on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters
* Handle insurance coverage, product liability, and commercial defense litigation
Qualifications:
* 2-6 years of litigation experience, preferably in defense-side work
* Strong writing and case management skills
* Prior experience in product liability, toxic torts, or insurance law preferred
* Georgia Bar admission required
