Travel RN - Labor & Delivery - Obstetrics

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an OB/GYN role with postpartum and mother-baby experience, rotating 12-hour shifts, and AHA certifications required.

Job Details

- Position in an OB/GYN setting with focus on postpartum and mother-baby care,

- Patient population includes postpartum, vaginal delivery, C-section, and GYN surgery cases,

- Rotating am/pm 12-hour shifts with a schedule of 3 shifts per week,

- Required to work in a hospital environment,

Job Requirements

- Active RN license in state or district with no pending status allowed,

- Minimum 2 years of experience in postpartum/mother-baby care in a US hospital preferred,

- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program required,

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) highly desired,

- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required,

- Must reside at least 25 miles from the facility,

- US Social Security Number required for consideration,

Additional Information

- Provides safe and competent nursing care aligned with patient-centered care principles,

- Expected to demonstrate Service Excellence standards consistently,

- Must provide two manager or supervisor references verifying recent specialty experience, with at least one from the most recent employer,

- Basic or Advanced CPI certification mandated by position, may be offered at facility,

- Responsibilities include leadership and support for the healthcare team,
