Glenmont Group's client is seeking a talented Corporate Reorganization Associate to join its Chambers-ranked bankruptcy and restructuring practice in New York. This role offers the opportunity to work with leading partners and attorneys on complex matters involving debtors, creditors, and financial institutions in high-stakes restructurings, distressed lending, asset acquisitions, and bankruptcy litigation.

* Proven experience drafting and negotiating restructuring and bankruptcy filings, motions, and agreements
