Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Accounts Payable team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Full Cycle AP, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $25 to $30 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform specific Accounts Payable accounting activities through the input of accounting transactions and the monitoring, coordinating, and summarizing of accounting results
* Calculate and prepare monthly Accounts Payable accruals, journal entries, account reconciliations and metrics
* Support month end close processes
* Determine propriety of Accounts Payable accounting entries associated with projects, accounts, and trial balances in accordance with financial policies, practices, and procedures
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience with Accounts Payable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with Excel
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
