*Oversees (3) Locations *
Columbus, OH Distribution Center -ensure warehouse, sales staffing and imports/domestic product levels are maintained, and stock rotation metrics are initiated with service/sales balance.
Elberton, GA Full Service ensure office, warehouse, sales staffing, imports/domestic product, service facilitation has successful financial outcomes.
Littleton, NH Full Service oversee office, warehouse, sandblast, etching, driving, maintenance team with sales driven initiatives.
*Responsibilities Include: *
Staffing recruit, hire, retain, mentor office, warehouse and sales teams.
Training daily/weekly conduct product and drafting meetings with staff and sales team.
Customer Service ensure satisfaction by regular correspondence and follow up.
Reporting prepare on the spot, weekly, monthly, open order/sales/product/adjustment reports.
Sales phone, in person and regular domestic sales initiatives including customer onsite quarterly visits.
Pricing institute pricing structures by market/quality trends, prepare and communicate quotes.
Purchasing
o Daily create quote/purchasing emails w/international market.
o Prepare purchase orders by confirming vendors and online linking products.
o Request, approve and submit drawing obtainment for purchase orders.
o Obtain quotes from brokers/freight forwards and make route decisions based on current economic, logistic factors.
o View product photos for approvals and confirm/deny manufacture shipments.
o Annual visits to new/existing vendors in India/China.
o Ensure vendors are practicing ethical behaviors by communication feedback re: expectations via email/visits.
Websites liaison w/vendor and WTC for trends/growth and ensuring online presence is constant.
Facilitate logistics and operational issues that arise in warehouse for sandblast, etching, deliveries.
Marketing analyze trends, facilitate discussion, create marketing materials for distribution, sales meetings, conferences, annual pricing/product books.
Technical - ability to troubleshoot IT/Drafting technical issues and keep updated with latest trends.
Problem solve ALL day long remain calm.
Education: Associates Degree or Higher (willing to train the right person).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
