Specialist Supply Chain (m/f/d) The Specialist Supply Chain (m/f/d) is responsible for the operative procurement based on product groups and suppliers to support the Supply Chain of the Aftermarket.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS
Analyzing the forecast, aligning it with Sales/Controlling and processing it to SAP
Being responsible for inventory management
Placing orders and delivery call-offs with SAP R/3, tracking and monitoring of in-time deliveries
Coordinating delivery dates and quantities with the suppliers and Customer Service Team
Analyzing and presenting processes (SAP, MS-Office)
Controlling and maintaining master data including necessary documentation
Controlling and clarifying with suppliers regarding quality matters
Coordinating matters with the customs department as well as with transport companies
Keeping close contact to suppliers
REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Completed studies in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent as well as professional experience
2-5 years of experience in material disposition
Ability to work in an independent and structured manner
Skilled working with SAP and MS Office
Very good language skills in German and English
Strong communication skills, ability to work both independently as well as in a team
