Injection Molding
Team Lead
who will not only perform core warehouse duties but also provide day-to-day leadership to a team of hourly employees. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about

1st Shift: 04:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday–Thursday)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations including pulling, packing, collecting, inspecting, and light assembly of parts and materials.
Lead and coordinate a team of warehouse associates to meet productivity, delivery, quality, and safety goals.
Train, mentor, and coach team members on best practices, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols.
Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Serve as the first point of contact for resolving operational issues and escalating concerns as needed.
Ensure accurate documentation and data entry for inventory into SAP/MES system.
Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Other duties as assigned.
This position requires a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended. A negative drug/alcohol test result is required for employment. Refusal to take the test or a positive result may disqualify a candidate from further consideration. All drug testing will be conducted in accordance with federal and state laws.
Qualifications Education Required High School or better.
Preferred Associates or better.
Experience Required Ability to retain part number information and follow detailed instructions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for 8–10 hours.
Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions under pressure.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
Preferred 1-3 years Experience with Plastic Injection Molding.
1-3 years Proven experience in a lead or team coordinator role within a warehouse environment.
