The Position

We are looking for a TBS Supervisor for Riverside County to oversee and manage the Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) program, ensuring quality service and continual improvement. The TBS Supervisor will supervise TBS Coaches who provide direct services to youth and families as needed. Compensation and Benefits

The pay range is $75,000 - $90,000 annually, dependent on experience. Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, and/or Psychology. Licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC. Minimum of 5 years of experience in RUBHS‑contracted mental health settings. Qualified to supervise TBS coaches. Experience in applied behavioral analysis services is highly desired. Proficient in word processing, email, internet, and basic office skills (typing, telephone, copier). Must pass pre‑employment physical exam, TB and drug screening. Ability to commute to various community sites and homes. Ability to work extended hours as needed. Commitment to DOJ, FBI, Child Abuse Index checks. Insurability under Corporate Automobile Insurance. Key Responsibilities

Ensure regulatory compliance and delivery of best practice therapeutic behavioral services. Conduct functional behavioral assessments, evaluate cases, and revise treatment plans. Facilitate monthly treatment team meetings with primary therapist, caregiver, and other team members. Assign cases to coaches, ensuring timely service delivery and customer satisfaction. Oversee coach training and performance; coordinate meetings and approve documentation. Conduct weekly supervision of TBS Coaches. Collaborate with Riverside County TBS Liaison on service authorizations, audits, and reports. Participate in interviewing and hiring coaches as needed. Perform additional administrative and supervisory duties as assigned. Set limits and intervene appropriately to meet the needs of children and families. Coordinate with other department managers to improve communication and support. Monitor program adherence to governing bodies and quality metrics. Ensure documentation meets agency and professional standards. Actively participate in the agency’s Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Plan.
