Seeking a Licensed Clinician / TBS Supervisor for our Behavioral Health Services Program in Riverside, CA. This role offers an excellent opportunity for newly licensed professionals (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to coordinate and oversee Intensive Home-Based Services, including Therapeutic Behavioral Support (TBS) and mental health treatments for at-risk children and families.
Responsibilities
Conducting assessments, treatment planning, case reviews, and therapy sessions.
Documentation and record-keeping.
Collaborating with caregivers, schools, and community agencies to ensure comprehensive, interdisciplinary care.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in a mental health field.
Active California licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent).
Crisis management skills.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
Valid California driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
Salary & Benefits Salary: $78,300. Benefits include health insurance, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and flexible work options.
