Maintenance Technician for Assisted Living Facility (ALF)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

* Maintain the building and grounds and conduct / coordinate all the necessary repairs.

* Respond promptly to all requests for repairs or maintenance concerns.

* Prepare rooms for new residents.

* Test the fire protection systems as required by code and schedules regular inspections.

* Maintain the HVAC system.

* Ensure the lighting and plumbing systems are working properly at all times.

* Supervise proper removal and disposal of trash.

* Conduct regular safety inspections, fire drills, emergency evacuation drills, etc. regularly.

Must have knowledge and experience with all types of construction phases including:

* Carpentry

* Concrete Repairs

* Electrical

* Fencing

* Framing

* Gutter Repairs

* Handyman & General Repair Work

* HVAC

* Painting (Interior & Exterior)

* Plumbing

* Pressure Washing

* Remodeling & Construction Knowledge

* Roof Repairs/Replacements

* Rotten Wood Repairs

* Sheetrock and Drywall Repairs

* Tiling

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour. Depending On Experience.
