Records Clerk
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact? Join our team as Records Clerk.
In this position you will be responsible for client records support to DS services programs by being an active and cooperative team player. This position requires organizing, pulling/filing charts, creating and transferring charts, assisting outside program staff with chart related issues, and data entry. This position will coordinate with all MHMRTC programs and outside agency programs for transfer of information as defined in Client Record Policies and Procedures.
Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma
Required Experience : (2) years clerical/ secretarial experience
Required License: Valid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record
