Our client, in Glendale, is seeking a Temporary-to-Hire Accounts Payable Specialist. Onsite, full-time. Only local applicants will be considered. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $20 to $23 per hour.
Responsibilities: process full cycle accounts payable; ensure timely accuracy of recoding and posting invoices; assist with vendor correspondence; research and resolve discrepancies; reconcile expense reports; and 1099 preparation.
Qualifications:
* 1+ years of full cycle accounts payable experience
* Advanced MS Excel skills
* Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
* Detail oriented and accurate
* Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet appropriate deadlines
