* Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments.
* Assist with billing and related client invoicing tasks.
* Support the accounting team with ad hoc tasks and reporting.
* Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
* 0-3 years of relevant experience; internships a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
* Professional, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
