About the job Project Manager
Job Role: Project Manager - Consent
Location: Remote
Salary: up to $120k/ annum
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business objectives.
* Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to project management, including organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies (e.g., Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
* Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
* Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Utilize Jira and other project management software to track project progress, assign tasks, and monitor deliverables.
* Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
* Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned on project goals and status.
* Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders, senior management, and clients.
* Ensure continuous improvement in project management processes by applying best practices and lessons learned from past projects.
* Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and foster collaboration to achieve high-quality results.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Proven experience (2+ years) as a Project Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment.
* Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
* Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
* Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) is a plus.
* PMP or similar project management certifications are a plus.
