Job Description
* Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, documentation, and closeout.
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while leading on-site teams to maintain quality and safety.
* Oversee contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using project management software to track progress and resolve issues.
* Coordinate with estimating and procurement during preconstruction, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery and team performance.
* Spearhead an impressive pipeline of work vlaued at $500M+

The Successful Applicant
The Project Manager will have:
* 5-10+ years of commercial construction project management experience with ground-up and renovation work across multiple sectors
* Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor oversight, client coordination, and project management software (Procore, MS Project).
* Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision preferred.
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is ideal.
