Job Description
* Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
* Oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and compliance
* Ensure adherence to project specifications and client expectations
* Lead OAC meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
* Monitor progress, resolve issues, and enforce safety protocols

The Successful Applicant
* 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
* Proven track record managing ground-up and renovation projects
* Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with industry-standard project management software
