Roles & Responsibilities
* Fabricate, manufacture, assemble, test, and package medical devices.
* Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment used in the production process.
* Conduct quality inspections on the processing line to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
* Follow clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
* Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Experience Required
* More than two years of manufacturing assembly experience.
* Experience in using basic measurement tools such as microscopes.
Skills & Certifications
* Effective communication skills to interact with co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor.
* Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English.
* Basic math calculation skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to use basic measurement tools, such as microscopes.
* Flexibility in working hours and ability to report to work punctually.
* Ability to work in a team environment and get along with others.
* Physical ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods and occasionally lift or move at least 50 pounds.
Eligibilities & qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
