Roles & Responsibilities
* Fabricate, assemble, test, and package medical devices.
* Set up and operate equipment, perform maintenance, and troubleshoot as needed.
* Conduct quality inspections in accordance with specifications.
* Follow SOPs and scientific methods to ensure adherence to quality guidelines.
Experience Required
* Zero to one year of manufacturing assembly experience.
* Familiarity with using basic measurement tools, such as microscopes.
* Experience in effectively communicating with co-workers and supervisors.
* Ability to read, write, interpret specifications in English, and perform basic math calculations.
Skills & Certifications
* Proficient in English communication.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to work flexibly and in a team environment.
* Ability to handle physical demands, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
* Willingness to rotate tasks and responsibilities.
Eligibilities & qualifications
* 6 months of relevant experience required; 2 years preferred.
* Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours.
* Ability to use basic tools of measurement.
* Demonstrated ability to work with attention to detail and follow instructions.
