Job Description
* Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
* Ensure compliance with SCA standards, healthcare regulations, and safety protocols.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality.
* Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and report regularly to senior leadership.
* Manage project documentation, change orders, and cost control measures.

The Successful Applicant
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in public construction project management, with proven expertise in SCA and healthcare projects.
* Strong knowledge of NYC building codes, public procurement processes, and regulatory compliance.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
