Job Description
* Manage all aspects of project delivery from pre-construction through closeout.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
* Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
* Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports.

The Successful Applicant
* 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
* Strong background in K-12 educational facilities and municipal projects.
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
* Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
