At KidneySPA, we're redefining dialysis care through comfort, quality, and hospitality. We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Hemodialysis RN to join our team and help us provide exceptional care to every patient, every time.
What You'll Do
* Deliver safe, high-quality dialysis treatments while ensuring a positive patient experience.
* Conduct and document patient assessments, care plans, and ongoing evaluations.
* Monitor treatment adequacy, vascular access, and infection control standards.
* Administer medications per physician orders and respond to patient needs during treatment.
* Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment plans.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care.
* Serve as a clinical resource and role model for dialysis technicians and new staff.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
* Active RN license (state of practice, unencumbered).
* 2+ years of nursing experience, with at least 6 months in dialysis preferred.
* Current CPR certification required.
* Excellent clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
* Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
