IntePros is seeking a Business Analyst to support a high-impact product and technology organization by designing scalable reporting platforms, defining reliable metrics, and enabling data-driven decision making. This role plays a critical part in meeting growing analytical demands, particularly during peak periods, by delivering insights that directly influence product improvements and operational outcomes.

This opportunity is ideal for a data-driven analyst who enjoys diving deep into complex datasets, building self-service reporting tools, and translating data into actionable insights. The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to support compliance reporting, performance tracking, and other mission-critical metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

* Gather and analyze data across multiple business functions to establish relationships between diverse data sources.

* Generate composite queries to deeply investigate business-related issues and trends.

* Provide data insights that identify product improvement opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

Metrics, Dashboards & Automation

* Design and implement scalable reporting platforms and reliable metrics.

* Develop scripts to process and transform data for business analysis, reporting, and optimization efforts.

* Build and maintain dashboards and self-service analytics tools to support ongoing and peak business needs.

Collaboration & Business Impact

* Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable data solutions.

* Enable the broader team to scale reporting and meet key deliverables through accurate, timely insights.

Typical Day in the Role

* Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (no overtime expected).

* Primary focus on data gathering, analysis, scripting, and dashboard development.

* Work centers on supporting compliance reporting, false negative reporting, and other critical metrics.

* Opportunity for extension is possible; conversion is currently unknown.

Skills & Experience Required

* Bachelor's degree preferred.

* Strong SQL skills for querying and pulling data.

* Experience developing automation scripts to support reporting and analysis.

* Extensive experience building dashboards using Tableau and other BI tools.

* Advanced Excel skills.

* Strong problem-solving, prioritization, follow-up, and customer service abilities.
