Key Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:
* Analyze and process financial data for multiple client locations including schools and service centers.
* Perform full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
* Prepare and reconcile general ledger and bank accounts.
* Record deposits, process payments, and assist with payroll processing.
* Generate and maintain accurate financial reports and schedules for review.
* Support compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/FASB) and internal policies.
Qualifications of the Staff Accountant:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Staff or Senior Accountant position. Experience with nonprofit accounting is a plus.
* Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese a plus.
